Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with the tracking information when your order has shipped. Our order cutoff time is 2 pm (GMT-08) Pacific Standard Time.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@partsagent.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
